The above mentioned scripts share a certain amount of code which is currently duplicated. It would be a better solution to merge them into on script that is modular and can be configured to certificate replacement for several services.

effort currently underway in acme-updater repository, the existing scripts should be removed from this repository once the implementation is complete.
Initial implementation is now completed, the scripts have been removed from this repository.
