For the wiring of the sensors, please refer to the Fritzing scetch in the schematics directory. The e-Paper Driver Hat is supposed to be wired as follows:

BUSY -> A0
RST -> A1
DC -> A2
CS -> A3
CLK -> SCK
DIN -> MOSI
GND -> GND
VCC -> 3.3V
